  • An initial consultation will typically take place at your property. We will review the site, your budget and what type of work you are looking to have done. Our estimators will then draft up an initial budget proposal along with a design quote for the design / rendering of the project.

  • In order to provide a design/rendering for your project, we will need a property survey to accurately depict your property to a scaled size. When working on installations, a survey is not only helpful to provide correct property sizing, boundaries and setbacks, but also required when submitting township permits for zoning and construction.

  • Once you review the initial preliminary proposal and confirm we are on track for the budgeting of your project, we will send over the design quote for acceptance and payment. Once completed we will schedule a design consultation at the property. At that meeting we will further review the items in the preliminary proposal, your design inspiration & ideas and budget. From that meeting it takes approximately 3-5 weeks to receive your full design.

  • A formal proposal will be issued after the design process has been completed and a final design has been established. This is typically 4-6 weeks after the initial design consultation meeting and after an initial design has been reviewed and any requests for changes have been made.

  • A copy of your property survey will be needed for the design process and / or contracting the installation. We will also send you a file request prior to the meeting where you can upload any inspirational photos or design ideas, your survey, or any other documents that might be necessary for the project.

  • Once a final design has been agreed upon and a formal proposal has been completed, if you decide to move forward with our installation services we will send over a formal contract. From there once signed we will acquire a deposit and schedule material review meetings.
